Orders
An order is accepted when it is paid (or, for bank transfers, when we confirm your payment). We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, or the delivery address is outside our area.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your currency and include the delivery charge shown at checkout. Taxes are shown before you pay. When you send a gift abroad, the price is converted at our published rate at the moment you order.
Delivery
We deliver within the window or at the time you choose, local to the delivery address. We will do our best to deliver on time; if something outside our control (such as severe weather) delays a delivery we will tell you as soon as we can. Please make sure the address and recipient phone number are correct.
Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal. If an item is not available we may substitute one of equal or greater value in a similar style.
Cancellations and refunds

Your account
Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time.
Reviews and content
Reviews you post must be honest and lawful. We may remove content that is not.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer. Otherwise our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new orders.
