Where we deliver
We deliver across the cities listed on our delivery page. Our branches in Pakistan, the UK and the US each serve their own country.
Choosing a time
At checkout you choose a day and either a delivery window (for example 2–5 pm) or, where available, your own time. Times are always local to the delivery address.
Same day
Same-day delivery is available until the day's cut-off while windows remain. If today is full, choose a later day or another delivery option.
Booking ahead
Gifts for birthdays and anniversaries can be booked up to a year ahead through My Days.
If nobody is home
Our rider will call the recipient. If we still cannot deliver, we will contact you to arrange another time.
