From the farm to your door
- Cut and conditioned the same day. Stems go straight into clean water and flower food, and rest in our cool room before they are arranged.
- Arranged to order. Your bouquet is made the day it is delivered, by the branch that delivers it.
- Delivered fresh. Wrapped with a water source so it arrives drinking, not thirsty.

At your events
The promise does not end when the music stops. After a wedding, party or conference we prepare every arrangement for its next life — re-tied into take-home bunches and packed so guests and hosts can carry them home alive, or used to brighten an office — each with the same care guide.
If something is not right
If your flowers arrive damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photos. We will replace them or refund you — see our refund & return policy.
