Can I choose the delivery time?
Yes. At checkout pick one of the delivery windows for your day, or choose your own time on the calendar and clock where the branch allows it. Times are local to the delivery address.
Do you deliver on the same day?
Yes, when you order before the day's cut-off and a window is still open. If today is fully booked, checkout shows the next available days.
Orders
Can I order now for a future date?
Yes. Save birthdays and anniversaries under My Days, then book a gift for that day — up to a year ahead. You pay now and we deliver on the day.
Can I send flowers to Pakistan from the UK or US?
Yes. Choose where you live and where the gift is going; you pay in your own currency and our Pakistan team makes and delivers it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel an order before we start preparing it from your account. For changes, contact us with your order reference as early as possible.
Payments
How can I pay?
By card in the UK and US, by bank transfer in Pakistan (upload your transfer screenshot), or from your RizzFlora wallet anywhere.
Gifts
Can I hide the prices from the recipient?
Yes. Turn on surprise mode in the gift details and nothing the recipient sees will show a price.
