This policy explains how RizzFlora ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use rizzflora.com and the RizzFlora app.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number and, if you add one, a profile photo.
- Orders: what you buy, delivery addresses, the recipient's name and phone number, card messages, and the delivery time you choose.
- Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. For bank transfers we keep the screenshot you upload so we can confirm the payment.
- My Days: dates you save (such as birthdays) and the reminders you choose.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form or in-app chat.
- Technical data: basic device and usage information needed to keep the service secure and working.
Why we use it
- To take, make and deliver your orders, and to keep you updated about them
- To process payments and refunds and prevent fraud
- To send the reminders you ask for
- To answer your messages
- To send newsletters, only if you subscribe — you can unsubscribe at any time
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
Who we share it with
Only with the services that run RizzFlora on our behalf — hosting and database (Supabase), file storage (Amazon Web Services), card payments (Stripe) and email delivery — and with the RizzFlora team and riders who deliver your order. The recipient sees their own name, the card message and, unless you hide them, prices. We never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. Order and payment records are kept for as long as accounting law requires, even after an account is deleted, but no longer linked to you.
Your choices and rights
You can see and update your details in your account, delete your saved addresses and days, and delete your account at any time from your account settings. You can ask us for a copy of your information or to correct it by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example under UK and EU GDPR) you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing and to complain to your data protection authority.
