Delete your RizzFlora account

This permanently deletes your account and the data below. It can't be undone. You can also do it in the app: Profile → Delete Account.

What we delete

  • Your profile, email, phone number, photo and sign-in
  • Saved addresses
  • My Days and their reminders
  • Wishlist, cart, searches and recently viewed
  • Reviews and their photos
  • Notifications and messages
  • Wallet history

What we keep

  • Records of orders you paid for (items, amounts and dates), which a seller must keep by law. They are unlinked from you, and finished orders lose their delivery address and gift card.
  • Bank transfer screenshots for those orders, for the same reason.

Unpaid orders are cancelled; gifts already paid for are still delivered. If your wallet has money in it or we are still checking a bank transfer, we'll ask you to wait. Questions? Contact us. See also our privacy policy.
